Returns are only applicable to items purchased directly from www.verinatural.com, and are valid only for orders shipped within the continental USA.
γReturn EligibilityοΌγ
*Products must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
*Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
*Returned items must be in their original, undamaged packaging.
*For returns and refunds initiated due to personal or subjective reasons, the customer is responsible for both the original shipping cost and the return shipping cost.
*If the returned item arrives with damaged or missing packaging, and is no longer sellable, a 30% product damage fee will be deducted.
γClearance sale items are final sale and cannot be returnedοΌγ
*If a clearance item arrives damaged, please email support@verinatural.com with photos for review.

*If you received the wrong product, please submit a request through our Returns Portal on the website.
γDamaged Itemsγ
*If your item arrives damaged and you're unable to ship it back:
Submit a request via the Return Portal for a refund or exchange.
Email photos of the damage to support@verinatural.com.
Our support team will review your case and respond accordingly.
γShipping & Return InstructionsοΌγ
*Once approved, we will issue a pre-paid return shipping label.
*Use of the provided label is highly recommended for smooth processing.
*Shipping charges (both original and return) are non-refundable.
*Items must be dropped off at the carrier's location as noted on the return label.
*Refunds will be processed once the item is confirmed in transit.
*Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
*Customers are responsible for properly packing the item. If the returned item is received at our warehouse with severely damaged or non-original packaging, 30% of the refund amount will be deducted as a product loss fee.
